7. OUR RIGHTS TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT

We may terminate your contract for a product at any time by notifying you if:

(a) Payment has not been made within 7 days of the due date after reminders;

(b) You do not provide requested information within a reasonable timeframe; or

(c) You do not allow us to deliver products to you or collect them within a reasonable timeframe.

8. YOUR RIGHTS TO TERMINATE THE CONTRACT

8.1 Your rights to terminate the contract depend on the nature of the product purchased, its condition, our performance, and when you decide to end the contract:

(a) You may have the legal right to terminate if the product is faulty or misdescribed;

(b) If you want to terminate due to our actions or communications, refer to Clause 8.2;

(c) If you simply change your mind, follow Clauses 8.3 to 8.5 regarding the cooling-off period, return costs, and deductions;

(d) In all other cases, see Clause 8.6.

8.2 If terminating for reasons outlined in Clause 8.2 (a) to (c), the contract ends immediately, and we will refund you for unprovided products. 

8.3 For online or phone purchases, you have 14 days post-delivery to change your mind, unless:

(a) Products are received in multiple deliveries; you have 14 days after the final delivery to terminate;

(b) Products for regular delivery; 14 days after the first delivery to terminate.

8.4 We offer a goodwill guarantee that exceeds legal rights, giving you 30 days to change your mind, with us covering return costs.

8.5 Some products are excluded from the right to change your mind, such as:

(a) Goods whose price fluctuates based on financial markets;

(b) Alcoholic beverages delivered after 30 days where market value may vary;

(c) Sealed health or hygiene products once unsealed;

(d) Products mixed inseparably with others post-delivery.

8.6 You can end the contract before it completes but may have to pay compensation; refer to our Shipping and Returns Policy for details.
